Scope: Design, Execution & Supervision
Design Theme: The design theme will focus on industrial elements such as exposed ceiling, metal accents, and raw materials, infused with maritime touches to reflect the restaurant's seafood concept. The aesthetic will be edgy, yet inviting, with a blend of rugged textures and nautical motifs.
Interior Design: The interior layout will be open and spacious, with a mix of communal tables and intimate seating areas to accommodate different group sizes and dining preferences.​ Industrial-style tables and chairs with distressed finishes will provide comfortable seating for guests. Booth seating upholstered in weathered leather or canvas will offer a cozy dining experience. A central bar area with a metal countertop and salvaged wood accents will serve as a focal point for socializing and enjoying cocktails.​
Exterior Design: The exterior facade will feature industrial-inspired elements such as corrugated metal panels, steel beams, and oversized factory-style windows. Large signage with bold lettering will announce the restaurant's name and draw attention from passersby.​
LOUNGE
As you step into the seafood restaurant, you're immediately enveloped in a unique blend of industrial charm and artistic flair. Here's a vivid description of the interior design.
The focal point of the interior is the artistic wall paint that adorns the main dining area. A talented local artist has been commissioned to create a mural inspired by the ocean, showcasing a mesmerizing underwater scene.
The mural features vibrant coral reefs, schools of colorful fish, and graceful sea creatures, all rendered in bold brushstrokes and vivid hues. Splashes of turquoise, coral pink, and deep indigo dance across the walls, creating a dynamic and immersive backdrop for diners.
EXTERIOR
