Flip Over Design Studio is set to transform a traditional office space into a modern, dynamic environment that embodies creativity, collaboration, and productivity. The design blends sleek lines, minimalist aesthetics, and functional elements to reflect the company’s innovative ethos while ensuring a comfortable and inspiring work atmosphere.
Concept: The design concept focuses on an open, flexible layout that encourages interaction and communication among employees. By incorporating elements of biophilic design, industrial chic, and contemporary elegance, the space will feature natural materials, abundant greenery, and cutting-edge technology. This approach not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also optimizes functionality, creating a workspace that supports both individual focus and team collaboration
WORKSTATION ZONE
The workstation zone is designed as a modern and dynamic hub for creativity and collaboration. Featuring interactive technology, modular storage solutions, and inspirational graphics, this space encourages employees to engage in design thinking and innovation. The design thinking wall, a focal point of the zone, is strategically planned to inspire the exploration of new ideas, solve complex problems, and drive positive change within the organization.
WORKING LOUNGE
The lounge and entertainment zone is designed to be a vibrant and inviting space where employees can relax, collaborate, and recharge. Integrating comfort, functionality, and modern design elements, this area offers a welcoming environment for casual interactions and informal meetings. With coffee stations, seating areas, and games, the space becomes a focal point within the office, fostering a sense of community and enhancing the overall employee experience.
DESIGN THINKING/BRAINSTORMING
Located just outside the meeting room, this area is designed to spark creativity and collaboration. Featuring casual seating and a whiteboard, it provides a flexible space where employees can gather to brainstorm ideas and engage in impromptu discussions. The open and accessible layout encourages spontaneous interaction, making it an ideal spot for team members to connect, share insights, and develop innovative solutions.
